Valerie Lynn Shepherd was born in Watson Lake, Yukon. She is from the Wolf Clan and was raised in Lower Post, BC where she resides and works for the Daylu Dena Band as a Family Support Worker. Valerie will attend post secondary school in Red Deer, Alberta in the fall of 2007. She will take the Business Administration 2 year program and then consider further education to get her BA in Business. She is active in all sports and an asset to her community as a positive role model to youth. Valerie’s goals are to complete her schooling and then decide where and what to do from there.
